After coming into this field of blogging It was hard for me to get more visitors.And after some years of dedication I managed to get daily 20 visitors thorough Google search. StumbleUdon helped me more in other posts too like Opps!! Are we similar. As you can see in above picture of my blogs statistics I managed to get around 4 thousand pageviews with around 2449 unique visits. I got it as my content was a little interesting and I submitted it to StumbleUdon quickly.To show you what I am saying is not lie please check its reviews or views they are 1127 views and check other page's reviews.I know these figures are to be praised but it's good for me.

After September 2009 you can see the fall down of visitors and this is because of I was busy in exams as I am a student. But whenever I get time I try to post good content.

I know there are many StumbleUpon users who have page views of around 30K and more but after using services of StumbleUdon I managed my blog to get Page Rank 2 from nowhere. It was N/A for more than a year and then it got PR0 after introducing it to StumbleUpon it became PR1 and now its PR2 :D And these figures are one of my biggest achievement in blogging. How to create a PayPal Account ?

If you want to get a new PayPal account then you must be already known to what PayPal actually does !!

Suppose if you spend 10USD then 0.69 USD will get deduct.

How to add Tag Cloud widget on blogspot blogs ?

As a blogger you need to update your site with interesting posts as well as you have to modify design . The design can be made more user friendly for that you can add widgets to your blog .

Blogger has introduced new widget which is Tag Cloud . I will guide you for installing new Tag cloud or label cloud widget for your site on blogspot. For Wordpress users the widget was released few years ago . But for a blogger user this is new . The old Label widget has been modified to show cloud like structure which is inspired from Wordpress.

The steps are .

1> Go to Blogger sign in there and open the Layout window in blogger.

2> In Page Element you will find certain section on with Add a Gadget is written . Click on it



After clicking on it this window will open and you will find these gadgets and one of these is Label . You have to click on the plus sign in blue besides it.

3> You will be redirected to gadgets properties . You can modify its name , and type.
You can customize the gadget to your simplicity as use . Show labels with posts frequency or show selected labels .




But most importantly select the cloud checkbox in Display field . This means you can have Labels in the form of cloud . This is not exactly like Wordpress Cloud widget but is somewere similar to it .



4> Save it and you are done . You can have a look at a similar gadget on my blog ( here itself check the section above footer )

Google Page Rank updated again

Yes Google has again updated its PR . I got my blogs Page Rank updated to 2 . A month ago it was PR 1 . Thank you all the visitors and readers of my blog . I am blogging from more than year and in this season Google has updated its PR at least 5-6 times . I remember when my blog was a new one then after its 1 month Google updated PR. And at that time I got PR 0 :D

And the next update was performed after 5 months . Everyone was aware that Google updates its PR after 5 to 6 months . But now the things are not the same and Google is updating its PR after every month. Don't know the reason why but its good for the bloggers like me .

The post which gave me PR 2 is the Dino Game Pad

But as a coin has two sides this update also has few benefits and few drawbacks.
You all are aware of the benefits of Page Rank and its update . You get high PR according to the visitors and back links etc . You can sell links and other stuff which will benefit you in earning few more bucks from the blog .

But due to high link sales your Page Rank can fall down again . And as Google is doing it monthly so it is not good for those who have planned to go out for vacations . As a month can affect the Page Rank not badly but could affect upto some level . This is not a fact it is my opinion might be wrong but I believe it is true.

I don't know why Google is updating the Page Rank at every month end . But at this stage I can say that this update is good for me . But when I will again join my college after vacations I may loose what I have now .

Check your Page Rank NOW otherwise Google may again update it :D LoL
Most of you will not believe on what I am talking . But if you recall the launch of bing then bing got PR2 after May 2009 PR update . But if you check it now then the PR of bing is 9 !!
Yes Bing's PR is 9 .

So check it now or later in next month . I can guess the next PR update now and it might me 24th July 2009 .

How to create a blog ?

For a newbie this tutorial is very simple to create a blog with the help of blogger.
A newbie gets the only question in his mind is "How he can create a blog ? "

My answer is ...


To create a blog you need to fallow some steps . And if you fallow it in the given manner then all the things are easy . I will tell you the procedure of creating a blog on blogger .

A software setup on your computer needs to have minimum system requirements for it to get installed . Like this you should satisfy some requirements .

Note :Please don't close browser in between else you will have to do it again .


1> Create a Gmail or blogger account . It is better to create a Gmail account as with the same name you can access other services of Google . Like Orkut , blogger , Adsense etc .



2> Profile : After creating the account on gmail go to blogger.com and sign in with your gmail account . Then you will get a page requesting you for your profile name .Give you name there . And click on continue tab .

3> Blog Address :Now the page with blogs title and url will be navigated . On this page you will have to insert the desired title for your blog and the address for your blog .


Blog Title - For example counter-strikefan
http://www.##your blogs title##.blogspot.com


Check the url for availability if it is available then continue else keep trying new and unique address for your blog . Blogger helps you by suggesting names related to your blogs title.

And remember you blogs address write it somewhere for further checking .Because most of the times the newbie don't remember the blogs address as he is new to it :D

After doing this click on the continue tab for further steps .


4> You Are Done: Your blog is created now and you will get new page saying . Blog created successfully :D . But you are not done yet .

5> Posting : You will be navigated to the page of posting . This will be your new and first post .

According to me make the first post as your introduction to the world . Means who you are and what is the blog about .

Select the title as Hello World .
And write about you in the content block . After you are done then click the publish page button .

And your first post will be created .

6> Check Blog : You can view your post with the view post or go to your blog url .


Finally your blog should look like this sample blog this page counter-strike .

7> For posting purpose you will have to sigh in to your blogger account and go to new post section in the listed blog .

I am a lazy blogger I know but whenever I write then it is worth reading . I always try to make you happy .

The reason for this post is to share my approx 1 years journey in blogging . I am not a great professional blogger but I am a blogger :D and this is important .


It started like ---

" In June 2007 my father bought me a acer laptop as I had taken admision in MCA . Then after joining college I got new friends . Broke up with few but again got another .
And those I got were good but one of them was a hidden treasure of internet . He is Chetan Gole good friend of mine now .

But at that time I was unaware of him and blogging too :D As the time passed he explored me about blogging and gave me few tips . He taught me how to create a blog with your google profile and etc . I am a blogger due to him otherwise I still would be wasting my time on orkut and other sites :D

Like a big brother he told me what to do an what not to .So it was easy for me to improve much faster . Firstly I did it with enthusiasm but due to college and other activities it was hard to be a dedicated blogger :( Still it is same .

When I created this blog I thought now money will fall like rain drops on me but this was not true . After experiencing the facts I realized that you need to have it in your heart and soul to be a professional blogger and then only you can think of earning .

To run behind money is good but here in blogging when you run only for money then money also run away from you .

Keeping this in mind I blog and try to keep my guests happy :D

Now when I am getting more interested in blogging I always get the fear to loosing this work . Means after 1 or 2 years I will get job as I will complete my MCA . And after that won't get time for blogging . I am not so sure about my future but I will remain a blogger forever .
