Is Samsung M8800 worth buying ?

samsung-m8800-pixon-2

Hello Cell phone lovers . My gym coach requested me to gather some information for the Samsung M8800 phone . So I studied that and have a review of this cell phone for him and you all . He actually want to buy that phone so he approached me for the review :DDSC00773

And the things which I liked about this phone are ..

# 8 Mega Pixel camera

#  TV out capability

# Touch screen with accelerometer

# Class 10, 236.8 kbps, HSDPA, 7.2 Mbps 3G mobile

# Memory can be up to 16GB microSD (TransFlash)

# Records video with WVGA@30fps and  QVGA@120fps

The best part of this phone is the response time which I have observed by operating on this phone is better than other like Nokia Express music . The cost of this cell phone in India is 21000 INR or may be some less .

But this phone is worth buying as no other phone in the market stands besides this in this range . With a nice CPU the phone operates efficiently with ease . And the features like accelerometer and  touch screen make the work much easy .

But the only problem of these kind of phones is the battery capacity . 4 hours backup is not enough for a regular user . But for a homesick this is a good option .

Camera quality is above than average so this is a good cell phone to buy for everyone .

  2. I know buddy the battery backup is not but so good but if you look at the specifications again then you might change your words .

I know Samsung is only focusing on the features and not the battery but the features which are provided are equivalent to other phones in the market.

Yes the unavailability of WiFi makes the mobile more old aged but it is ok . Better you wait for other Samsung mobile if you are Samsung fan !!

  3. I'm with chetan.Spending Rs 21000 for a non smartphone is a complete waste of money. If you want to stick with Samsung, Omnia is the best option which has got Windows Mobile OS.Morever,Omnia is currently one of the best selling smartphones all around the world.
The other good option would be Nokia 5800 Xpress Music.

You may also consider 5530 which has got kinetic scrolling

  4. @ 5530 Xpressmusic you are right no technology is new !!

I mean to say it don't remain new for long .
But some of the mobile phones like Nokia Express are the example of efficiency and collection of recently new technologies .

So buying Nokia 5530 Xpressmusic is better option ,

I have created this article as my friend wants to buy this phone ,

Hopefully he has got his answer if he should buy this cell or not !!
